Service model
We provide trip design, local guiding arrangements, transport coordination and roots research services. Formal travel contracts and payments are handled by our partner licensed travel agency in accordance with Chinese tourism regulations.
Roots journeys
Roots research is a best-effort service. We organize clues, conduct research and local verification, and report honestly. We do not and cannot guarantee that an ancestral village, grave or relative will be located.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and personal travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.
